Why we built WeCareE
Apex Innovation Solutions has been building healthcare technology for over a decade. Our platforms—iCareSecure, MyHealth, and CareSeva—serve hospitals, clinics, and communities across the US and India.
While working at skilled nursing facilities in the United States, we saw the same pattern everywhere: nurses who were highly skilled, genuinely committed to their patients, and consistently underserved by the technology they were asked to use.

billing departments. But the nurse at the bedside — the person
actually delivering care — had no tool that fit how they worked.”
We set out to answer that.
We shadowed nurses. We validated with Directors of Nursing. We coded it to FHIR R4 and mapped every module with the CMS F-tags that determine whether a facility survives its next survey.
We are not a startup chasing venture capital. We are a healthcare technology company that has been doing this for a long time — and we built WeCareE because the nurses who care for America’s most vulnerable residents deserve better tools than what they have today.
